Is Pica Rock a company?
No. Pica Rock is a freelance digital service operating under a trade name from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia; it is not an incorporated company. We work as a freelance team, with scope, price and terms in writing in every quote and in our Terms of Service.
Where do I start?

What does setup include vs the monthly fee?
We deliver it up and running: no coding or setup on your side, unlike platforms where you configure everything yourself. Setup gets it working: configuration, copy, connections, testing and handover. The monthly fee keeps it working: hosting, monitoring, small adjustments and support via form.
What's not included?
Third-party fees (WhatsApp/Meta, payment gateways, domain), photo or content production, product loading above plan limits, and new development (quoted separately).
How and when do I pay?
Setup on confirmation, monthly fee in advance. You can pay by US dollar bank transfer via Wallbit (our main method) or, as a backup, via Takenos (US dollar transfer, USDT on Tron or USDC on BEP20). We do not accept card payments.
Is there a minimum term? How do I cancel?
All plans and services have a 3-month minimum, including PicaBot and the Picafull360 plans. If you cancel before the minimum, you pay the remaining months. After that it runs month to month: cancel with 30 days' notice through the support form and the service ends at the end of that month.
Who pays WhatsApp, Meta and gateway fees?
You do, directly to the provider and in your name. We don't mark them up.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
Not necessarily; we agree with you beforehand whether to use your current number or a dedicated one.
How long until it works?
PicaBot Starter and Growth usually go live within business days of receiving your completed form. Picafull360 plans are up and running in 1 to 3 weeks. Payment-gateway approval can take longest and depends on the provider.
What do I need to provide?
The onboarding form: business details, hours, services or products with prices, FAQs, logo and access to the accounts to connect.
Who owns the data and accounts?
You do. Accounts stay in your name and you keep your data if you leave.
Support and changes?
Via the support form. Small adjustments are included; new development is quoted separately.
Why Bs and USD?
Bolivian businesses pay in bolivianos; clients abroad pay in dollars. Each list is priced on its own, not auto-converted.
I'm not in Santa Cruz. Can you work with me?
Yes. Our team is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and works remotely with businesses in other cities and abroad, via form and video call.
What are the Picafull360 plans?
Monthly done-for-you packages: we set up, run and improve everything each week, with a written Monday report. From $490/month (A), $749/month (B) or $2,290/month (C), plus a one-time setup. Like every service, 3-month minimum; then month to month with 30 days’ written notice, ending at the end of that month.
