Terms of Service for Pica Rock (freelance digital service)

Provider: Pica Rock, a freelance digital service operating under a trade name; it is not an incorporated company. It is run by an independent professional based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

1. SERVICES

Pica Rock provides done-for-you automation, artificial intelligence and e-commerce services (setup and ongoing operation) to businesses, entrepreneurs, independent professionals and personal brands contracting for business or professional purposes.

Prices shown on the website are reference starting prices. The scope, deliverables, fees, currency, billing frequency, minimum term and notice period of each engagement are set out in a written quote or Service Agreement accepted by the Client before the first invoice. If the website and the quote or Service Agreement differ, the quote or Service Agreement prevails.

2. ENGAGEMENT

We may decline any project. Work starts once the Client has accepted the quote or Service Agreement and paid the first invoice.

3. PAYMENTS

Fees are invoiced in advance, for each billing period, in the currency and with the billing frequency stated in the quote or Service Agreement (for international packages: prepaid per the billing period stated in the quote (monthly by default)). Payment is accepted by US dollar bank transfer via Wallbit (our main method) or, as a backup, via Takenos (US dollar transfer, USDT on Tron or USDC on BEP20), as shown on each invoice. Card payments are not accepted.

Third-party costs (for example WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta, advertising spend, payment gateways and store platforms) are paid by the Client directly to those providers, through accounts in the Client's name, unless the quote states otherwise.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. NO GUARANTEE

We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, rankings or other results, as they depend on factors outside our control. AI assistants can make mistakes; the Client provides and keeps up to date the business information they use.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to keep business information confidential.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months of service.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, unless the quote or Service Agreement provides otherwise.
